Congratulation, you have found out that you are pregnant.
Once you have a positive pregnancy result, there is no need to see your GP to refer you to ante natal care.
As a mum to be you have the choice of hospital for delivery. The two nearest are Lister Hospital Stevenage and Princess Alexandra in Harlow.

The hospital will then contact you around 7/8 weeks into your pregnancy to arrange blood tests and scans.
You will then be seen by the midwife allocated to the surgery around 16 weeks in pregnancy who will then continue to share your care along with your preferred choice up to birth.
